OnePlus 7/7T and OnePlus 7/7T Pro getting July 2022 security patch

OnePlus has been rolling out the July 2022 Android security patch for its smartphones for the past few weeks. Devices like the OnePlus 10 Pro series, OnePlus 8, OnePlus 9R, and more have already received the July 2022 patch. Now, in a recent development, OnePlus has started rolling out the July 2022 security patch for the OnePlus 7/7T and OnePlus 7/7T Pro.

“JOIN ONEPLUS ON TELEGRAM”

The new software update for the OnePlus 7/7T and the OnePlus 7/7T Pro comes with firmware version OxygenOS 11.0.9.1. The software update extends the security patch level to July and also improves system stability. The update also fixes some unknown issues related to the previous version.

Other than the latest Android security patch for the OnePlus 7/7T and the OnePlus 7/7T Pro, this update does not include any new features. Below you can check the updated version number and changelog.

The new software update for the OnePlus 7/7T and the OnePlus 7/7T Pro is being rolled out in phases. Once OnePlus has confirmed that the build is critical without bugs, the update will be available to all users. We recommend charging your device at least 30% and freeing up at least 5GB of internal memory before upgrading.
